Operatives of the Nkpolu Police Division in Diobu, Port Harcourt, has arrested a woman whose name was given simply as Gift for chopping off the cap of her male lover’s manhood.
The incident happened on Thursday, at Bishop Okoye Street in Mile 3 Diobu, Port Harcourt.
Gift who is said to be in her early 40s was reported to have been beaten by the lover, Mr Sunday, for refusing him sex and accusing him of using sex enhancing drugs before making love with her to enable him last longer.
Report revealed that, “Sunday allegedly resorted to beating of miss Gift for refusing him sex and in the process she grabbed his penis with her mouth and chop off the cap of the penis.
“Neighbours were attracted to the scene by the loud scream of Sunday. It took the timely intervention of the divisional police officer of Nkpolu Police Division and his men, who rescued Gift from the mob that wanted to lynch her.
“Sunday was rushed to an undisclosed hospital where he is taking treatment.”
While confirming the incident, the Police Public Relations Officer, Grace Iringe Koko said “yes I can confirm the incident. The woman(suspect) aged 43 years has been arrested. Investigation is ongoing.”
