The Rivers State Police command has declared 17-year old Miss Joy Woke Wiro missing.
The Police Public Relations Officer, Grace Irinke-Koko, in a statement on Tuesday, revealed that the teenage girl was last seen by her family on Monday.
She was declared missing following an official complaint by her father, Mr. Prince Wiro, who revealed the missing girl as his first daughter.
The statement by the police spokesperson read, “the Rivers State Police Command has declared Miss Joy Woke Wiro missing.
“She is 17-year old, native of Ibaa in Emohua Local Government Area of Rivers State, fair in complexion and about 5ft tall, speaks English and Ikwerre languages.
“The missing girl left home on Monday, September 8th, 2025. All efforts made to trace her whereabout proved abortive.”
