Egbona Hails Buhari Over Approval Of Fed Poly For C’River

A member of the House of Representatives, Dr Alex Egbona, has hailed the president, Muhammad Buhari for approval given for the establishment of a federal Polytechnic in Cross River State.
The lawmaker said with the approval, the people have again been given a sense of belonging in the Buhari administration.
Recall that the bill for the establishment of a polytechnic in Abi Local Government in the central senatorial district of the state has already passed through second reading. Egbona sponsored the bill.
Buhari’s decision to approve the establishment of a new federal polytechnic in Cross River is seen as a direct consequence of the Egbona bill.
It was learnt that the lower arm of the National Assembly is already at the verge of organising a public hearing on the bill that will give legal teeth to the birth of the polytechnic which is expected to be sited in Abi.
