Nigerians Dying Of Hunger, Scholar Tells FG

“It’s been tough, even to wake up from bed and ease myself is difficult. As an active person who love to serve  humanity both in  Lions club international and serving God in Full Gospel Business Fellowship, I can no longer do that again because of my situation. I have been held up at home, I just cannot move. This has caused my health to deteriorate. I can’t reach out to people. Staying indoors has really affected my financial situation, making me to beg from friends to eat. It’s been terrible for me. It’s the reason I am appealing to friends, well wishers and good minded people to come to my aide.”

When asked if he has received any financial assistance from any one to seek for medical attention, Arikpo said, “No. I have not been able to deposit money for the implant.

Doctors attending to me told me to act fast so as not to put my entire health in jeopardy. I have no money with me now to make available to the hospital for the implant or to take care of myself any longer as a result of the health challenge, if not for friends who just come to me to say ‘use this to buy food.’ I am looking up to God with the hope that  my club  and kind hearted friends would rise up to the occasion to assist. Maybe because I have not been able to reach out to them all this while.”
