Fubara appoints pastor to sit over microfinance agency

Rivers State Governor, Sir Siminalayi Fubara, has approved the appointment of Pastor Jonathan Tobin, as the Managing Director of Rivers State Microfinance Agency.
Fubara stated this in a release made available to TNN, on Tuesday, by his Senior Special Adviser on Media, Boniface Onyedi.
According to the governor, the appointment of Tobin to sit over the state microfinance agency, was with immediate effect.

The statement read, “This is to bring to the notice of Rivers people and the general public that His Excellency, Sir Siminalayi Fubara, GSSRS, Governor of Rivers State has approved the appointment of Pastor Jonathan Tobin as the Managing Director of Rivers State Microfinance Agency.
