Immediate past Senator for Cross River Central Senatorial District in the 8th Assembly, Senator John Owan  Enoh has pledged to  run an inclusive administration with focus on job creations and prudent financial management if elected as Governor in 2023.
The federal lawmaker stated this in  his manifesto  while formally declaring for  the governorship of Cross River ahead 2023 at Ogoja.
He stated that he has the capacity, experience and managerial acumen to rejuvenate and place the economy of the state on the path of prosperity  by boosting internal revenue generation and creating enabling environment for export.
Senator Enoh told the crowd at Ishibori Playground Ogoja ” My administration would create 20,000 jobs annually and boost our internal revenue index given our vast endowments. I possess the experience, competence and administrative acumen to propel our  state to the next level if given the mandate”
The erstwhile lawmaker warned the All Progressive Congress APC  against fielding wrong  a candidate for the governorship seat especially those without electorate value warning that such  blunder will surely return the People’s Democratic Party PDP to power in the state.
“Let’s tell ourselves the truth, the PDP are the masters of the game in Cross River State. They are formidable, popular and solidly on ground. We must avoid internal wranglings and desist from fielding a political baggage or risks loosing the state to PDP, he posited.
The governorship aspirant revealed that his manifesto has been carefully crafted to compliment the economic blueprint of the previous pragmatic administrations  in the state from Donald Duke noting that his score card in the political arena clearly  attest to his credibility and political sagacity.
Party stalwarts and supporters who spoke described Senator Owan Enoh as the most viable option for the APC if the party intends to retain the governorships slot come 2023 in the state.
