Edith CHUKUThe Rivers State Police command says it has arrested a suspected cultist and armed robbery Kingpin, Menemene Lucky Baboona.
Baboona whose nickname is “federal witch” was arrested by the operatives of the Command attached to Kpor Division, in collaboration with a local vigilante group.
A release by the Police Public Relations Officer, Grace Iringe-Koko explained that the suspect is a 26 years old native of the Bodo community in Gokana Local Government Area of the state.
The statement as was made available to TNN on Wednesday read, “Operatives of the Command attached to Kpor division, in collaboration with a local vigilante group, arrested a notorious cutist / armed robbery kingpin one Menemene Lucky Baboona, a.k.a. federal witch ‘M,’ aged 26 yrs, a native of the Bodo community in Gokana Local Government Area in Rivers State and was arrested in Bodo community.
“The suspect made a useful statement to arrest other fleeing members of his gang, investigation ongoing.”
