The Rivers State NYSC Coordinator, Mr. Moses Oleghe, has intensified engagement with stakeholders of the Scheme through visits to the Chief Judge of Rivers State, Hon. Justice Simeon Chibuzor Amadi, and the Commander, 6 Division Garrison, Brig.-Gen. I. Sule.
Oleghe appreciated the Chief Judge for his support for the NYSC Scheme, particularly the appointment of qualified judges to administer the oath of allegiance to corps members during swearing-in ceremonies.
Justice Amadi thanked Oleghe for the visit and assured him of the continuous support of the state judiciary.
He also noted that plans were underway to build a corps lodge for corps members posted to the state judiciary.
At the headquarters of the 6 Division Garrison, Oleghe congratulated Sule on his appointment and appealed to him to sustain and improve the cordial relationship between the Scheme and the Command.
Gen. I. Sule assured the State Coordinator that he would provide the support NYSC had received from his predecessor and even more.
