General Overseer of the Christian Central Chapel International, CCCI, Archbishop Emmah Gospel Isong has called for fervent prayers to avert doomsday at the Onitsha Market this year. He said in his 2025 prophetic declaration on New Year Day, that demons in the market are set to wreak havoc there.

Also, he had prophesied that 2025 will be a year of prayers. This aligns with the prophecy released by the General Overseer of the Mountain of Fire Ministries, Dr Daniel Kolawole Olukoya which were released same day.

 Isong has come to be known for the release of prophecies for the nation and other parts of the world at the end of every year. He said in the 2025 edition that Nigerians should “pray and cover the Onitsha market against those disasters. There is a demon in Onitsha market that destroys. The bible says, the devil comes to steal, to kill and to destroy. It is a year the enemy is targeting the market and the economy of the common man. We rebuke him in Jesus name.

“There will be global breakthrough, major hitherto, incurable diseases, cures will be found. God will give wisdom to pharmaceutical companies. They will invent unbelievable awesome medical cures that will cause death rates and victims to be wiped away.

“I see some of the local government areas in Cross River State skyrocketing. Odukpani shall almost overtake all the local governments in Cross River. There is heavy turnarounds, heavy developmental projects. People are getting jealous. It is places that were villages and turned to towns.

“Tourism doors, especially group tours and international doors will be opened for some of you under group tours. Political parties; PDP and APC will be shaken. And APC should be very careful that they don’t lose the gains of their electoral victory, because of internal rancours.

“We pray also that this nation which we call Nigeria will receive more blessings than curses and that in the year 2025, those of you watching live and those that will read these prophecies, God says, “I will shake the table for you and give you victory.”

He also spoke on what awaits Rivers State as the political crisis rages: “There will be more political tensions in Rivers State, but this time around, it will be former governors fighting former governors. For Fubara, battle will be taken from his head. It will become battle of the titans. This means that the Rivers battle is not yet over, but God shall give victory.”
