A certain Mr Chukwuemeka Okonkwo has been accused of stealing two packets of baby diapers at the popular Tombia Market in Etegwe, Bayelsa State.
Okonkwo was nabbed on Wednesday, by the state volunteer security outfit, after he was allegedly caught in possession of two baby diapers, supposedly taken from a storage area within the market.
He was said to have gained access into the parking store, where he allegedly removed the two diapers.
The incident drew the attention of traders and other members of the public at the busy market.
Some traders claimed Okonkwo was a repeat burglar even as he was taken into custody for further investigation by the appropriate security authorities to establish the circumstances surrounding the incident.
