The Chairman of Bekwarra Traditional Rulers Council, His Royal Majesty Odey Linus Ogbeche, has affirmed that the Senator representing Cross River North Senatorial District, Jarigbe Agom Jarigbe, is a son of the soil, therefore nobody is more Bekwarra than him.
The Bekwarra king made this statement during jarigbe visit with his team to the local government council to consult with the all progressive Congress, (APC) , stakeholders.
He commended jarigbe for bringing visible infrastructures, human capital projects development and other facilities to the local government area.
Speaking during the visit, jarigbe expressed his appreciation to the stakeholders for their supports while dismissing the claims that he is not an indigenous son of Bekwarra.
He said such claims are baseless, linking them to misinformation, sentiment that lacks historical back up.
The local government chairman and the APC chapter chairman also commended him for his performance that he has been doing for Bekwarra people.
He further assured him of their continued support and cooperation when needed and prayed for him for God’s grace , blessings and sustainability.
Jarigbe’s visit was accompanied by stakeholders from various Senatorial District including, the Local Government Chairman, Hon. Chris Agbe, Chief Timmy Tom, Rt. Hon. Peter Igbodor, Hon. Gabriel Edi, Chief Igbe Aruku, Chief Wabily Nyiam, Dr. Dornclaimz Enamhe, Barr. Mike Upan Aniah, Hon. Paddy Uguge, Hon. Martins Orim, Chief Austin Edibe, Hon. Rita Ayim, Rt. Hon. Regina Anyogo, Hon.
