“Commercial Landlords In Rivers Should Get Ready To Pay Taxes”

I’m Least Concerned About Happenings In C'River PDP –Ibeshi

Emmanuel Ibeshi was at a time, the national publicity secretary of the Peoples Democratic Party. He was there at the formative stage of the PDP. Today, the party has been balkanised. He belongs to the faction that is led by Ahmed Makarfi.
