“Why We Call Owan Enoh The People’s Senator”

“Why We Call Owan Enoh The People’s Senator”

It’s Been Two Years Of Effective Representation

The Plethora of lives touched, project executed and impact of effective representation by Senator John Owan Enoh in the social life of the constituents of Osopong 11 council ward cannot be quantified.

Hitherto, the people are regarded as mere tools kept to be used during elections but today the story has changed for good courtesy of the distinguished senator. The list of his verifiable achievements are endless, but let me mention a few. As a result of Sen. Enoh's intervention, solar powered lights were share and mounted in strategic positions in every community in the ward. He also gave out post graduate scholarship to indigenes of the ward and facilitated solar powered boreholes in every ward.

He also gave out countless number of scholarship to secondary school students. Our senator also initiated materials self-reliant empowerment for widows and physically challenged people.

In the last two years, Sen. Owan Enoh also facilitated federal employment of two persons from the ward. He has carried our ward along in his politics and we are grateful.

His Magnanimity Didn’t Start Today

I wish to use this medium to appreciate our distinguished Senator for his generosity toward his constituents during his representation in the National Assembly.

Our distinguished Senator, it is pertinent to say here that during your three terms at the National Assembly, where you represented us (2003-2015) as a member for (Obubra/Etung) Federal Constituency, you displayed a rare sense of magnanimity for your constituent, especially the Obubra people.

It is definitely going to be quite difficult if not impossible, to highlight the numerous empowerment programmes you lavish on both Obubra and Etung sons and daughters as well as the infrastructural developments you unleashed on this constituency. Some of these include scholarship awards in which our daughter Kate Marcel Isangha was a beneficiary for w years.

It is not surprising therefore why God had to elevate you to a higher office as a member of the senate representing the central senatorial district in the last general elections of 2015.

Congratulations and more grease to your elbows. Once again, my family also wish to pledge our unalloyed support and loyalty to you and to continue to identify with you in the discharge of you policies and aspirations especially for the central senatorial district.

We pray God to bless, protect and guide you as well as grant you the enablement in your quest to bring Federal presence to the people of central district and Cross River State.

Mrs. Helen Marcel Isangha

He Means So Much To Us

The people of Obubra local government area appreciate you for your magnanimity and the numerous assistance you have been rendering to our sons and daughters.

You are a God sent senator (leader) for the people of Obubra and indeed the Cross River Central Senatorial District, a visioner sent to salvage or alleviate the sufferings of the less privileged and the fatherless in our society.

Your financial assistance to the people cannot be over emphasized. Education as people it is an act improving knowledge and developing skills and this is seen as one of your priority in developing your people.

Your award of scholarship to our people beginning from registration of students who are writing WAEC, under-graduates, post-graduate and PhD all attest to the fact that you have the people of Obubra at heart.

No wonder people see you as a man of action, a man of his words and a senator with a senator with a difference.

We in Obubra value your sacrifices for our people and we will continue to support your political ambition.

Our brother Senator John Owan Enoh we appreciate you and than God Almighty to strengthen, reward and give you the grace to continue to rule the people of Obubra and the entire Cross River Central Senatorial District.

Appreciation

I am Nwibo Charity Sunday, an SS3 student of Moakorie Secondary School, Okpuitumo Abakaliki Local Government of Ebonyi State. The benefit and gains I got from Senator John Owan Enoh's educational and scholarship programme are richly rewarding.

It really helped me a lot in paying for my WAEC registration and taking care of some of my needs in the school.

I therefore wish that other public servants and political office holders should follow in the steps of our distinguished senator in delivering dividends of democracy to the people they are representing. I also pray that God Almighty will continue to sustain Sen. Enoh and take him to greater height in the political career.
