Bayelsa East Senatorial District: Will The Zoning Principle Continue?

The Bayelsa East Senatorial District is made up of three local government areas. They are Ogbia, Nembe and Brass.  Since 1999, the Bayelsa East Senatorial District has held on tenaciously to the gentleman's agreement of zoning the senatorial seat amongst the three local government areas that form the zone.
