How Not To Zone Guber Seat In C’River

While there are some who still believe that zoning of political offices, including that of the governor of Cross River State should just rotate based on the geographical indices, there are a lot more who hold a contrary view. Incidentally, those in this group seem to be in the majority. Their belief is that power should not be given to a people just because of where they are geographically located, but it should be given to people based on competence.
